Simply book online and you'll receive a confirmation email once your appointment is accepted. As a boutique offering private, one-on-one appointments, occasional schedule adjustments may be necessary. If so, we will contact you promptly to reschedule.

Yes. A $45 appointment fee is required to reserve your bridal appointment and is charged on the day of your appointment. This fee covers your personalized one-on-one styling experience and is fully credited toward the purchase of your wedding gown if you purchase during your initial appointment or a follow-up re-try appointment. Appointment fees are non-refundable and are retained if no gown purchase is made. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will also forfeit the appointment fee.

Our Classic Bridal Appointment is 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to try on gowns, take a breath, and make decisions without feeling rushed. We intentionally space appointments so you can enjoy a calm, private, one-on-one experience. Re-try Appointments are 60 minutes, and Veil Appointments are also 60 minutes.

Absolutely! We have comfortable lounge seating for up to 6 guests. Bring whoever makes you feel most like yourself. Just know that the appointment is designed around you, so bring people whose opinions you genuinely trust.

Yes, always. Your appointment is the only appointment. There are no other brides in the boutique at the same time, ever. The space is entirely yours for the full 90 minutes.

Yes, you are more than welcome to. We'll have glasses ready. Whether you're celebrating a yes or simply celebrating the experience, we think that deserves a toast. We also provide still and sparkling water and light snacks throughout your appointment.

We carry a curated selection of designers including Colby John, Watters, Willowby by Watters, Locket by Watters, Allure Bridals, and Justin Alexander — as well as our own private label, Smitten by Bliss. Each designer is chosen to reflect our aesthetic: modern, refined, and timeless.

We carry sample gowns in a variety of sizes, with many styles available up to a sample size 22. Most designers can order gowns up to a size 30, ensuring beautiful options for brides of all shapes and sizes.

Yes, we carry a selection of discontinued gowns available at significantly reduced prices of up to 90% off. These are in excellent condition and available to take home the same day. We show a few styles online but there are always more available in the boutique ask your stylist when you arrive. You are also welcome to purchase any sample gown off the rack.

Most gowns in our collection are priced around $2,500. Select styles begin at $1,300 and exclusive pieces reach $4,000–$5,000.

Absolutely! Veil appointments are complimentary and no deposit is required. We'll set aside dedicated time to help you find the perfect finishing touch for your bridal look. To book a veil appointment, please call, text, or email us.

Yes! We carry a small, curated collection of handpicked accessories, including headpieces, earrings, necklaces, belts, and handbags. Sourced from talented designers in London, Charleston, and California, our unique pieces are thoughtfully selected to provide the perfect finishing touch for your wedding day and other special occasions.

We recommend ordering your gown 9 - 12 months before your wedding date. This gives you the widest range of options, the most flexibility with customization, and a comfortable production timeline. The earlier you shop, the more relaxed the process.

Yes, don't worry. Some designers offer rush options depending on style and availability, and our sample sale gowns are available to take home the same day. Just let us know your wedding date when you book and your stylist will guide you toward everything that works for your timeline.

We do not offer in-house alterations, but we are happy to recommend trusted local seamstresses who work with bridal gowns regularly. We suggest budgeting for alterations separately.

Once you've found your gown, your stylist will walk you through the ordering process, take measurements, communicate the expected timeline, and next steps. We will reach out as soon as your gown arrives. From there, we discuss seamstress recommendations and alteration suggestions during that appointment as well so they can get their appointment booked with them as well.
For all sample gowns payment is due day of purchase, And all custom order gowns 50% deposit is due same day and balance when gown arrives for try-on and pick up
