Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Bliss Bridal, we understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled.

As a courtesy to our brides and our small business, we kindly ask that any cancellation or rescheduling requests be communicated as soon as possible. Providing at least 24 hours' notice will allow you to avoid the appointment cancellation fee.

While rare, Bliss Bridal may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, emergencies, or staffing limitations. Because we are a small boutique that provides a personalized one-on-one experience, maintaining the quality of each appointment is our highest priority.

Should a scheduling change become necessary by either party, we will make every effort to communicate promptly and work together to find a suitable alternative whenever possible.
